Statement of Faith

We believe that there is only ONE true and living God, eternally existent in three persons,
FATHER, SON and THE HOLY SPIRIT.

We believe in our Lord Jesus Christ (God the Son) who is fully human and fully God, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in his ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in his personal return and glory.

We believe that Heaven is the hope and home of the saved, and hell is literally a place of eternal separation from God and the saved.

We believe that the true Church, built upon the foundation of Jesus Christ. Its earthly constituents are all believers, born again of the Spirit and of the Word, and leading an overcoming Christian life.

We believe that Satan is the author of sin and the cause for the fall of man. He will be punished eternally in the lake of fire, which is reserved for him and his followers.

We believe that salvation is the gift of God to man. To obtain this salvation, one should repent of sins, forsake them, and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and confess it with their own mouth.

We believe the Scriptures to be verbally inspired by God, without error. They are the supreme and final authority for faith and practice.

We believe baptism in water is by immersion and is a direct commandment from God and is directed only to people that show that they are born again.

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the first evidence being filled in Holy Spirit is speaking in tongues.
